The Cat’s Meow

The Wild Look
Animal prints are hotter than ever this spring and summer. From python to cheetah, these unique patterns can transform an ordinary outfit into one wild look. To style your patterned ensembles, I recommend choosing one statement piece, with a solid colored article of clothing and minimal accessories. For instance, I paired a black and white cheetah tank with a pair of red cropped pants to create a retro take on the Spring/Summer 2013 trend. Black flats, a stack of bangle bracelets and winged eye liner tie the look together to create a vintage, 50s vibe.

This subtle black and white print is the cat’s meow, don’t you think? Remember, classic colors and neon brights are an excellent way to incorporate statement pieces into your wardrobe this season. No matter how you choose to rock your animal skin of choice (fake of course), make sure to keep the accessories to a minimum and let your pattern do all the talking.
